Medication concerns
Review your medicines with a doctor.
Side effects, many prescriptions, or questions about what you take. Your doctor reviews everything together.
You might be noticing
- Side effects you think may be from a medicine
- A medicine that doesn't seem to be working
- Taking many prescriptions and wanting them reviewed
- Questions about a dose or a change
How your visit works
Four clear steps.
- 1
Clinical assessment
A video consultation with your dedicated doctor, who reviews your history and current symptoms.
- 2
Testing only if indicated
A test is arranged only if the result would change what your doctor recommends.
- 3
Results explained, plan agreed
Your doctor explains what any findings mean and recommends or prescribes treatment.
- 4
Coordinated follow-up
With your consent, a visit summary is shared with your local doctor.
About testing
What each test actually does.
Never stop a prescribed medicine without speaking to a doctor.
- Medication review
- Your doctor goes through every medicine and supplement you take, and why.
- Pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing
- Considered only when it could inform a specific drug decision. It is one tool within a review, not a complete answer.
Before you book
What we'll confirm with you.
- • Whether PMG can see patients in your state.
- • Your insurance or Medicare coverage, and any cost you'd be responsible for.
- • How and where any sample would be collected, if a test is needed.
