Already have a local doctor? Perfect. PMG works alongside them — not instead of them.
Collaborative, coordinated care

PMG works alongside your existing doctor. Not instead of them.

Healthcare is a team sport. Your PMG physician becomes an additional member of your healthcare team — bringing precision medicine expertise while the doctor you already trust stays fully in the picture.

What we share

A short, plain-English update after every visit.

Visit summaries

A short, plain-English note within one business day of your visit — problem list, plan and any next steps.

Medication changes

Any prescription started, stopped or adjusted, with the clinical reason and the intended duration.

Test results with interpretation

With your permission, we'll securely share your results with your existing doctor so everyone involved in your care has the information they need — with your PMG physician's interpretation, not a raw report.

Care plan changes

When a Medical Programme starts, changes or ends, your existing doctor receives a short summary of what changed and why.

How consent works

Nothing is shared without your permission.

At onboarding, and any time after, you decide what PMG shares with which of your other clinicians. You can change your mind at any point, and see a record of what has been sent.

  • Explicit consent per recipient

You choose which clinicians receive updates. Adding or removing a recipient takes a single call to your coordinator.

  • See what has been sent

Your portal shows a log of what was shared, with whom, and when — clearly and in one place.

  • Withdraw at any time

You can pause or stop sharing at any point, without giving a reason. The change takes effect the same day.

Common questions

Do I need to leave my current doctor?

No. Most PMG patients continue seeing their existing family doctor or primary care physician. PMG provides an additional layer of precision primary care that complements the care you already receive. We believe patients benefit when their healthcare professionals work together.

Is PMG replacing my family doctor?

No. Your PMG physician is an additional member of your healthcare team. Your local doctor continues to provide in-person care, and we coordinate with them whenever you choose.

Who do I call first if I'm unwell?

For anything urgent or requiring hands-on examination, your local doctor or emergency services come first. PMG supports ongoing, planned and precision care between those moments.

Will my two doctors disagree?

Coordination is the point. Your PMG physician shares reasoning, not just conclusions, so your local doctor can see why a recommendation was made — and raise anything they'd do differently.

What if my doctor doesn't want to coordinate?

That's your decision to manage, and PMG never shares anything without your permission. Your care continues either way, and your coordinator can help you decide what's shared.

If you don't have a local doctor

We'll help you find one.

PMG is designed to complement local, in-person care. If you don't currently have a primary care physician near you, your coordinator will help you identify options in your area and stay involved while you get established.

Want to talk this through first?

A coordinator can walk you through how PMG would fit alongside the care team you already have.
