You call us
A Patient Care Coordinator answers — a real person, by name — and listens to what brought you to PMG. Nothing else is required first.
PMG has been designed for people who value time, quiet and a real relationship with their doctor. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you first call.

A Patient Care Coordinator answers — a real person, by name — and listens to what brought you to PMG. Nothing else is required first.
PMG operates in all 50 US states. Your coordinator confirms availability, appropriate programme fit and any coverage details before anything else.
You are introduced by name to the PMG physician joining your healthcare team. Your PMG physician provides virtual precision primary care while coordinating with your existing healthcare team whenever appropriate.
By post or portal, whichever you prefer: a summary of what to expect, a consent form, and a simple checklist for the visit.
Video visits at PMG are relaxed. If any part of the technology is difficult, your coordinator will help you set up in advance and can join the start of the call if that would be reassuring.
Your visit begins on time. There is no waiting room. If a technical issue comes up, a coordinator is standing by to help.
The first part of the visit is a proper conversation about you — your history, medicines, family, goals and any recent changes. Nothing is rushed.
Together you agree what happens next. If a Medical Programme, a test or a specialist referral would help, your doctor explains why in plain language.
You receive a plain-English visit summary in your portal within one business day, with any next steps, medications and instructions clearly listed.
You never receive a raw lab result without a physician's interpretation and a clear next step. If action is needed, a person calls.
With your permission, we'll securely share your results with your existing doctor so everyone involved in your care has the information they need.
Your Patient Care Coordinator remains the same. You don't have to explain yourself again.
Call and talk it through. There's no obligation. If PMG isn't the right fit, a coordinator will say so — and, where possible, point you to a better option.
