An ongoing physician relationship
Not one-off telehealth. You are introduced to a PMG physician by name, and they take the time to know your history, your medicines, your goals and the people around you.
PMG is a physician-led practice you visit by video. Your PMG physician provides ongoing precision primary care and works alongside the local doctor you already see — never instead of them.
A coordinator answers in person on 1-888-PMG-CARE — no menus, no forms first. Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm ET.

Your PMG physician becomes an additional member of your healthcare team, bringing precision medicine expertise and ongoing virtual care while your established local physician remains involved. With your permission, PMG can share visit summaries, medication changes and interpreted results with the physicians you choose.
Not one-off telehealth. You are introduced to a PMG physician by name, and they take the time to know your history, your medicines, your goals and the people around you.
One person you can reach by phone during onboarding, after results, and any time you have a question. You never have to explain yourself again.
Genetics, pharmacogenomics, advanced diagnostics and remote monitoring are clinical tools — used when they are appropriate for you, and never sold as products.
With your permission, we share visit summaries, medication changes and interpreted results with the physicians you choose, including your established local physician.
Precision medicine simply means using better information — your biology, your history and your goals — to make better decisions about your care. It works best when a physician who knows you interprets the result in context.
Reading parts of your DNA to understand inherited risk, so screening and prevention can be more targeted.
For example: a strong family history of early heart disease.
Understanding how your body processes medications, to reduce side effects and support prescribing decisions.
For example: choosing between two blood thinners.
Modern lab and imaging tests that give a more detailed picture than standard testing when it will change care.
For example: an advanced lipid panel after a borderline result.
The rule we apply: a test is only recommended when the result would change what we do — the choice of a medicine, the pace of screening, or a referral to a specialist.
You cannot buy a genetic test from PMG the way you might from a direct-to-consumer company. If a test would meaningfully change your care, your PMG physician explains why, orders it, interprets the result with you, documents the outcome in your record, and — with your permission — shares it with the physicians you choose.
One clear sequence. A person answers the phone; everything after that moves at your pace.
A Patient Care Coordinator answers — a real person, by name.
Your coordinator confirms that PMG is appropriate for you, and reviews coverage.
You receive an invitation to our clinical system, with simple guided steps.
Identity, consent, medical history and coverage details are completed securely — never on this website.
A physician licensed in your state is introduced to you by name.
An unhurried first visit, ending with a written plan in plain English.
Tests or remote monitoring are arranged only where they are clinically indicated.
You never receive a raw result. A physician interprets it and a person calls if action is needed.
Expect calls from the PMG care team between visits — that is part of the model.
With your consent, results and notes go to your established local physician and other clinicians.
Visits are scheduled ahead, and your plan evolves as your situation changes.
Onboarding is completed securely in our clinical system after a coordinator invites you. We never ask for your full medical history on this website.
Six areas of care your PMG physician may draw on. Enrolment in any of them is a clinical decision made by your physician after a proper assessment — never a purchase.
Genetic testing and physician review used to support prescribing decisions across commonly used medicines, from blood thinners to antidepressants.
Adults on three or more prescription medications, or with a history of side effects.
Longitudinal care for blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and lipids, including inherited cardiac risk when clinically appropriate.
Adults with cardiovascular risk factors or a family history of early heart disease.
Structured assessment for changes in memory or thinking, with family involvement where you consent to it.
Adults 60+ with cognitive concerns, or families supporting a parent.
Coordination and interpretation alongside — not instead of — the treating oncologist, including help understanding options and second opinions.
Adults navigating a new cancer diagnosis or ongoing treatment.
Age-appropriate screenings, vaccination review, risk identification and proactive follow-up over time.
Adults who want ongoing, proactive care rather than annual-only check-ups.
One coordinated plan across medicines, chronic conditions and specialists, overseen by a single physician.
Adults with two or more chronic conditions and multiple specialists.
Structured, but not scripted. Every area of care has a defined clinical pathway, but the pace, depth and detail are always adjusted to you.

PMG physicians are board-certified, licensed in the states they serve, and practise under a shared clinical governance framework led by our medical directors. You are introduced to your physician by name and stay with them.
Video visits, messages and documents are handled in secure, HIPAA-aligned systems.
Every PMG physician is licensed in the state where the patient is located at the time of care.
Clinical governance, protocols and quality review are led by named PMG medical directors.
Nothing is shared with another clinician without your explicit, revocable permission.
No. Most PMG patients keep the local doctor they already see. PMG adds a virtual precision primary care physician to your team and coordinates with your established local physician whenever you choose.
PMG physicians are licensed across all 50 states, and you are matched with a physician licensed where you are. Your coordinator confirms availability on your first call.
PMG is designed with Medicare beneficiaries in mind. Coverage depends on your specific plan, so a coordinator will review the details with you before anything begins.
Your coordinator sets the visit up with you in advance, can call to walk you through it, and can stay on the line at the start of the visit if that would help.
No. PMG does not sell tests as products. A test is only recommended when the result would change your care, and your physician explains why beforehand.
Results appear in your Patient Portal with a physician's interpretation and a clear next step. If action is needed, someone from the care team calls you.
Yes, when you authorise it. Adult children and caregivers can be given portal access and included in visits with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Yes. Care is delivered in HIPAA-aligned systems, and nothing is shared with another clinician without your permission. You can see a log of what has been shared.
