You might be noticing
- Itching or burning
- Changes in discharge
- Discomfort that persists or keeps returning
How your visit works
Four clear steps.
- 1
Clinical assessment
A video consultation with your dedicated doctor, who reviews your history and current symptoms.
- 2
Testing only if indicated
A test is arranged only if the result would change what your doctor recommends.
- 3
Results explained, plan agreed
Your doctor explains what any findings mean and recommends or prescribes treatment.
- 4
Coordinated follow-up
With your consent, a visit summary is shared with your local doctor.
About testing
What each test actually does.
Testing is discussed privately with your doctor first.
- Vaginal infection evaluation
- Checks for common causes such as yeast, bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis.
- Chlamydia and gonorrhoea testing
- A separate test, offered when your doctor and you agree it is relevant.
